Tomorrow starts both Borderline Personality Disorder Awareness Month and Mental Health Month.Also, according to a BPD group on Facebook, there's a movement to make Saturday "BPD Awareness Day" by wearing black and white clothing. I'll be wearing black & white, and I hope you guys will do it also to help raise awareness.

i have BPD, bipolar type 2, alcoholism, & those are just my MENTAL frailties! i have physical ones as well; kidney disease & a rare lung disease.
i truly feel your pain & of course now i wish we were neighbors, alas...i doubt you live anywhere near me :)
